Ways to Give
Support WD4C in a way that works for you.
Thank you for keeping these dogs in action!
Working Dogs for Conservation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization (EIN: 20-2708654). Your support is what makes this continuously growing field of conservation canine work possible. THANK YOU!
Some of our work is service fee based, but much of it, especially our most innovative and groundbreaking projects, can only take place because of you. Your generous support is what makes training dogs to detect new target scents or tackle emerging conservation challenges around the globe possible. Thank you for helping to protect wildlife and wild places with conservation canines around the world!

We have a need for volunteers with specialized training (nonprofit management, digital design, marketing, etc.) or special certifications (DVM, CPA, JD, CFRE, CPDT-KA, PhD, etc.), especially if you're interested in serving on a committee or on our board. If this interests you, please reach out to Crystal.
We also have periodic needs for other volunteer roles and will post those needs to our social media pages. Some of those needs are remote (like graphic design or website assistance), and some of those needs are onsite in Missoula, MT (like property or vehicle maintenance, photography, and event help). If this interests you, please contact Bre.

We have a high need for large and reliable vehicles for our field work - we haul equipment, dogs and their kennels, and sometimes are towing a trailer as well. Depending on the location of the project, our dog/handler teams may be driving on rugged terrain on dirt roads to get to the remote areas they need to. It doesn’t need to be perfect (dents and dings are okay!) and can have higher mileage, but it does need to be reliable, with 4-wheel or all-wheel drive preferred. If you have a working truck or SUV you’d like to donate, please contact us.
If you have any other type of vehicle, like a car, boat, RV, motorcycle, jet ski (or even an airplane!) - you can still donate it to help WD4C, even if it needs to be towed. We are part of the CARS program and can accept vehicle donations from anywhere in the country (and you get free pick-up and a tax deduction). Learn more about this program or call the Vehicle Donation toll-free number at 855-500-7433. -
